A delectable Iftar Buffet is served at the Temasya Restaurant which will run from 5th April until 1st May 2022 offers a tastefull blend of traditional and international dishes with a twist of 1001 Arabic flavours as its theme for this year.
For 2022, the Ramadan Buffet theme will be '1001,' an homage to the numerous flavours and tastes we missed out on due to challenging years in the past. Synchronizing the One Thousand and One Night story, a collection of Middle Eastern folktales compiled in Arabic during the Islamic Golden Age, your dining experience will not only be confined to local, middle east, and western favourite dishes, but also be enhanced by being surrounded by the Tamar Tree. Seating and buffet spreads will be extended not only to Temasya but also to Redup Restaurant and the Walkway Anjung Area, thus ensuring privacy and social distancing. This includes 15 individual stalls featuring special signature dishes that will be spaced around the restaurant and outlets. Guests can expect Temasya’s signature gulai kawah, Nasik Lemak Stall, Malaysian satay, hot claypot, teppanyaki amongst many other must-try dishes. The buffet also offers live cooking stations and mouth-watering local and middle-east desserts that will certainly whet your appetite.

Executive Chef Al-Fithri added that for the first-ever seasonal dish, his team has prepared a special middle eastern dish popular in Lebonan and Turkey, Ouzi Lamb Rice. Ouzi is the Lebanese word for a dish of baked lamb and spiced rice. A blend of sweet spices, including allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom, gives the recipe its Middle Eastern accent.
