- Uploading ALL of your forklift inventory to include all dealer contact information. This is a free service for our dealers. When buyers call you or email you, there is no cost to you whatsoever.
- CRM software. This is also a completely free service for our dealers. You can upload all leads you get from ALL sources (not just 123forklift) and track the progress/status of each contact all the way through the purchase.
- New 123Forkllift app. You can download the app from the App Store at no cost to you and link the app to your account. Through the app, you can do everything from managing your leads, downloading invoices, check for notifications, upload your inventory, etc. We will even notify you if we generated a lead that you would have received, but already hit your cap for the month. You will have the ability to accept/reject that lead.
