Vail, Colorado Jul 2, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - The 16th annual Vail Film Festival returning August 15-18 will celebrate women filmmakers and will screen a diverse slate of almost 50 films, including narrative and documentary features as well as short and student films. The Vail Film Festival includes film screenings at Cinebistro theater, the Opening Night Film at Vail Mountain School, the Opening Night Party on Thursday August 15th at Larkspur restaurant, the Filmmaker Reception, the daily Hospitality Lounge, Filmmaker panels and Q&A’s, a Filmmaking Masterclass, the Festival Awards Ceremony honoring the best films of the program and the Closing Night Film at Vail Mountain School, and the Closing Party at La Tour restaurant in Vail Village.
