Phoenix, Arizona Feb 23, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Debbie Medina Gach and her late husband Jonathan Gach left their careers to start a tequila company. The idea came after they visited her dad, known as Senor Rio in Mexico. They were reunited after three decades. It was an emotional reunion and to break the ice Senor Rio offered them his moonshine tequila. That was 2006, The Gach's made up her mind to bring her father's process to market a three-generation-old recipe. Senor Rio tequila is a tribute to Debbie's dad and debuted in 2009. The couple worked continuously hand selling one bottle at a time self-distributing in the Arizona desert earning the name of "Love in a bottle"
The Senor Rio Tequila product line consists of six expressions - Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, Double Barrel Anejo, Extra Anejo, and a cordial Cafe Elegancia. These products are currently distributed in 21 states across the country available at Total Wine and More stores where spirits are sold and the price of the bottle ranges from $20 to $300. Debbie runs the company since her husband's passing in 2018 from pancreatic cancer putting her heart and soul into every bottle as a legacy to the two men she loved and lost.
The bottles are unique and beautifully designed the logo of the man with the hat is from an old photo of Senor Rio in his younger years and is etched into the glass stopper. The Blanco, Reposado and Anejo 750ml bottles also deliver a heart-touching message that is reflected inside the bottle on both sides of the label. The front label reads 'Sharing tequila,' while the back one reads 'Is sharing life'. Every sip of this bottle is worth sharing the moments with your dear ones.
