La Condamine, Monaco Jul 15, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - TWW Yachts has secured a new-build contract for the second hull from the Damen Xplorer 60 series, brokered by Alex Heyes. This is the third new-build Damen sold by TWW Yachts in the past 12 months.

The Damen Xplorer 60 series has generated strong market interest among owners seeking genuine expedition capability. Damen has created a true go-anywhere explorer engineered for serious range and capability. Like her sistership, the latest hull features design by Azure Yacht Design and Naval Architecture and custom interiors by H2 Yacht Design.
Together, the two studios have developed owner-focused living spaces tailored for extended time onboard, combining comfort and functionality with robust engineering expected of a self-sufficient expedition yacht. Damen Yachting describes the Xplorer 60 series as being “as comfortable navigating the glamorous hotspots of the Mediterranean as she is exploring polar frontiers”.
The guest layout spans three decks and includes several large lounge areas, among them a stunning forward observation lounge with 270-degree panoramic views and a 60-square-metre main deck salon and dining area. Al fresco space is just as generous, and one of the Xplorer 60’s defining features is a 195-square-metre multifunctional outdoor area below the helideck, which can be customised as a Cabana Lounge, a dive and wellness deck, or a storage area for tenders and expedition equipment.
To truly expand horizons, the Xplorer 60 is equipped with an efficient propulsion package that delivers a 5,000-nautical-mile range and up to 30 days of autonomous cruising. She can host up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed suites.

The previous new-build Damen yachts sold by TWW Yachts were the first hull from the Damen Xplorer 60 series, After You, and the 53.25 m YS53 support vessel, Emotional, both sold to the same owner late last year. The final stages of both yachts’ construction were managed by TWW Yachts, as were the subsequent refit and the forthcoming global charter programme.
The second hull of the Damen Xplorer 60 will join After You and Emotional under TWW Yachts’ management. Delivery of this new Damen Xplorer 60 is scheduled for 2028.
