After the production process, the machine will be shipped to the client’s factory, which will take two months when delivered to the US. When the machine arrives, it will take three months to prepare it in the client’s factory. The installation process will take three days.
AFPAK shared that the all-in-one solution they provided to their first US client included the AF-H2 K Cup Filling Sealing Machine, air compressor, nitrogen generator, and empty k cups and sealing foil. Once the machine arrives along with the added features, the client can right away start production after the installation is completed.
According to the company, it was truly memorable because there was no need to send their engineers to the US to assist the client in operating the machine.
"We didn’t have to go there to assist our client with the machine. All we did was send them a step-by-step guide video and we also communicated through a video call. It was really amazing because it was our first US customer. It was a new experience not only for us but for our client as well." an AFPAK engineer shares as he recalls the experience.
They also think that they were very lucky at that time. Their client was easy to communicate with and it only took him three days to understand the process and operate the machines properly.
