Dr. Kim received her medical degree from Boston University Medical Center in 1994. She then went on to complete a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at NYU Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Breast Imaging at the same center.
Dr. Kim is proficient in interpreting mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. She is also trained in stereotactic, ultrasound-guided and MRI guided biopsy. Dr. Kim has been practicing diagnostic radiology since 2001 as a partner radiologist at Nassau Radiology Group (NRAD). Nassau Radiology Group was acquired by NYU in 2015 and she is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU working in the Long Island Division.
