Following his years in clinical practice, Dr. Neff transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where he spent 15 years contributing to medical affairs, clinical education, and healthcare strategy. His industry experience included serving as a Medical Science Liaison at Merck & Co. and later as Senior Chief Medical Director for Medicaid Medical Affairs. In these roles, he played an important part in advancing physician education, therapeutic development, and patient-focused healthcare initiatives.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Neff returned to frontline patient care, serving in urgent care and family practice settings to help meet the extraordinary healthcare demands of the time.
