She later earned her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Erie Community College and became a Registered Nurse in 1996, laying the foundation for a career devoted to improving the lives of patients and families.
In 1997, Marsha found her calling in licensed home care, where she discovered the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships while providing highly specialized care. Over the years, she developed expertise in caring for ventilator-dependent patients and gained valuable pediatric experience through the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Her dedication and clinical excellence led to a steady progression at Aurora Home Care—from field caregiver to nursing supervisor and ultimately Director of Patient Services.

Today, Marsha is a New York State Registered Nurse, ventilator-trained Medicaid provider, and independent contractor whose expertise extends beyond bedside care into policy development, clinical operations, and team leadership. Recognized for her resourceful and creative approach to solving complex clinical challenges, she is known among colleagues for her ability to develop practical solutions that enhance patient care while supporting nursing staff.
In addition to leading clinical operations, Marsha is committed to educating both healthcare professionals and the public.
