Proudly practicing in the community where he grew up, Dr. Hutter is involved in many local organizations, including Congregation Etz Chaim, where he is a past president and in the Friendship Circle. He is a past chairman of the Metro New Jersey Israel Bond Organization and presently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Israel Bonds.
