Beirut, Lebanon Jan 29, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Rising from the Middle East, Andy Farhat is a Lebanese-American Hip Hop/R&B singer, songwriter, and producer currently based in Beirut, Lebanon.
At the age of 7, Andy was heavily inspired by classic rock music and started teaching himself how to play the electric guitar. Later on, he started to tap more into his artistic side and began to sing and cover songs on the acoustic guitar in ways that made the song his own. With his passion, he decided to start writing his own music. In 2018, Andy released his first song "For You" on all platforms. As he continued to experiment and discover his sound, he released tracks such as "Ruin Your Life" and "Violent" that only complemented his nocturnal and cheeky vibe.
In November, Andy released his first single "Top Notch" that set the tone for his upcoming album titled "From My Bedroom, to the World".
In his latest release "No Delays", Andy talks about the time and energy he invests in building his career. The track carries an upbeat yet cut-throat vibe that gives you a glimpse into Andy's personality which he conveys in his music.
Andy strongly believes in following his dreams and ambitions regardless of the conventional societal norms. Here's what he had to say about the matter:
"Living in a country like Lebanon, you get used to receiving a lot of hate and discouragement if you choose to do something that's considered out of the ordinary, especially if it's concerning music. In a country that has a lot of talent and potential, a lot of people will make you feel like following your passion isn't the right way of life. I believe that now more than ever, we live in a world where you can choose to be whatever and whoever you want and I aspire to be a living example of that."
