Los Angeles, California Apr 5, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Anthony West p.k.a. (A Dubb) a music producer/songwriter of Dubb Records LLC was sued in California Superior Court for Breach of Contract and Fraud. Plaintiff alleges that Mr. West contacted him and introduced himself as a successful music producer who specializes in Pop, R&B, and Hip-Hop who helped produce many EDM and rock tracks and who had over 15 years in the industry and had done ghostwriting and producing, and also worked directly with some of the top artists ranging from Disney stars to top of the chart on-the-radio artists.
Plaintiff alleges that he invested money in a business venture with Mr. West. However, soon after receiving the money, Mr. West failed to fulfill the contract requirements which included providing access to the financial records and to give a full accounting of the monies spent as required by the contract. Plaintiff also alleges Fraud claiming that Mr. West was not honest in his business dealings.
Plaintiff is suing Mr. West for the maximum allowable damages that the court will allow for Breach of Contract and Fraud.
