Mumbai, Maharashtra Jul 23, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - Popular Bollywood singer Abhijit Bhattacharya launched a unique health care mission titled 'Atal Jan Arogya Abhiyan', the brainchild of Sanjay Pandey, State Secretary of BJP and President of Nanaji Deshmukh Pratisthan.
Speaking on the occasion, Abhijit expressed his delight that healthcare would now reach the neediest sections of the Versova assembly segment. He further promised to donate an ambulance for this cause to assist the efforts of Sanjay Pandey.
Sanjay Pandey pledged to take the Atal Jan Arogya Abhiyan to every nook and corner of the Versova assembly segment and was also all praise for the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the dynamic leadership of Devendra Fadnavis in the state. Also, present on this occasion was Hetal Upadhyay.
This mobile clinic aims to provide free diagnosis and treatment of diseases like viral fever, cold, cough, typhoid, malaria, and many more across the entire Versova assembly segment. This movement has been named the ‘Atal Jan Arogya Abhiyan ‘in memory of late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Being conducted under the ages of the Nanaji Deshmukh Pratisthan, an NGO, It plans to carry forward the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ensuring that quality health care reaches the neediest sections of society and its launch coincided with the birthday of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
It will continue in different pockets of the Versova assembly segment for nearly two months and will be manned by qualified and reputed doctors. Further, it also plans to extend advice and guidance even for major health issues like cardiac conditions, cancer and a lot more.
