Pittsburg, California Nov 20, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - The First Alien Christmas, a heartwarming book about hope and the true meaning of Christmas by author Bernardine Stevens joins this year’s Miami Book Fair.
The First Alien Christmas is about an alien race’s search for a new home. The once vibrant and colorful planet of Zorn is now dying. This leaves its inhabitants, the Zornians, with no choice but to relocate to a new planet. Their search leads them to Earth where the atmosphere and environment are very much like Zorn.
Afraid that the humans won’t accept aliens immigrating from another planet, their leader, Empress Eigna, sends Ybbuc as an undercover operative to learn about humans and how Zornians can adapt to life on Earth. Ybbuc is her most trusted intelligence agent and she knows that sending him is the more peaceful resolution they can pursue over the other more extreme option — the extermination of the entire human race.
After visiting several locations and having encounters with both people and animals, Ybbuc feels the task is almost impossible. Then, in the small city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Ybbuc is forced to use his transformation powers to turn himself into a blue spruce tree to avoid being discovered as an alien. This is where he learns the true meaning of Christmas and the solution for his species’ survival.
Bernardine’s work will be exhibited at the Miami Book Fair Street Fair weekend, to be held at Miami Dade College (Wolfson Campus) in downtown Miami this coming November 22-24 at the Authors Press booth. To get the latest update on authors, like and follow Authors Press on Facebook and Twitter.
