About The Author
Mary Parrish is from the UK and at the time of writing this book, lives in Switzerland with her husband and two children. She spent over 20 years of her life in Corporate Marketing and Project roles as well as training in alternative therapies in her spare time. She was able to pursue her love of well-being after the move to Switzerland when she finally had time to put pen to paper and her thoughts down in this book. She is currently a business and well-being coach.
