Runnin' with Frogs is an autobiographical sketch of a Naval career. In this book, author Worthington highlights challenging assignments during a spectacular era in America. He describes clear details of deployments and special events of international and national moment associated with operational and command tours. He also discusses actions, decisions and personal learning impacts, doing so with in-depth descriptions of special training.
Worthington is a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1937. He studied in the U.S. Naval Academy and graduated with an Ensign commission on June 1961. After several tours and years of active duty, he retired on September 1992.
