Shah Alam, Selangor Aug 6, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Avis Malaysia brought smiles and happiness to 35 children at Pertubuhan Kebajikan Ephratha Rawang with a variety of entertainment and goodies as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
Pertubuhan Kebajikan Ephratha Rawang was founded in 2005 and it houses orphans and children from low-income families aged between 5 to 18 years old.
“The company recognises the need to play a vital role in actively engaging and supporting the community, especially children in need. We hope that the time spent together was uplifting, the goods supplied were of assistance in providing some measure of comfort and improvement to the welfare of the children” said Avis Malaysia’s Chief Operating Officer, Mohammad Syahrul bin Yusuf.
Avis Malaysia donated various essentials varying from food items, hygiene products, and 35 mattresses amounting to RM 15,000. The children were also entertained by a clown with exciting activities like balloon sculpting, a magic show, and some fun games followed by a lunch.
