In February 2000 five years earlier, The District Attorney conspired with the Hospital Administrator at Golden Plains Hospital in Borger, Texas to suppress the Federal Crime committed by the Chief Financial Officer at the hospital who resigned by letter on February 25th 2000. The employee received a severance check for over eleven thousand dollars. The District Attorney and hospital Administrator had secretly hidden child pornography found on the employee's hospital computer. The severance check was signed 5 days after the child pornography was reported. WHY...was it a payoff to keep the CFO's mouth shut?

Shockingly, five years later, on July 15th, 2005 the Pedophile was arrested at the Texas State Hospital in Austin, Texas for child pornography on his hospital computer. How was he employed without references? The outright treachery of filth was happening daily under the nose of the of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service Department for children up to age 12. The hospital air conditioning technician saw the filthy photos on the Pedophile's computer and reported to his Supervisor. Weeks later the Pedophile was still reporting to work as usual. The technician went to his Supervisor and asked, "Why is he still here?" The Supervisor said, "Leave it alone, forget about it.". This upset the technician, so he went to the Austin Police Department to file a complaint. A police officer secured a search warrant to go to the State Hospital and confiscate the computer for forensic examination. Larry Nelson Langley was arrested and on November 30, 2006, was convicted in the 390th Court in Travis County to serve a 15 year sentence.

The policeman said, "NO and he did not have the authority to make an inspection. He gave Baxter the contact information of a Texas Ranger authorized to request a forensic inspection. Baxter called the Ranger and explained the situation. Two weeks later the telephone rang and the Ranger's voice spoke, "Sorry but the District Attorney for Travis County will not approve of forensic inspection. WHY NOT?
