Benjamin brings a wealth of knowledge from his 20-year career as a management consultant and regional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With unemployment rates at all-time lows and talent demands at all-time highs, a culture will be king in the next decade and beyond. IMC is excited to have Benjamin transition into this new role as he will have the opportunity to support IMC clients with strengthening their employer brands and enhancing their employee experiences.
Before joining IMC, Benjamin served as the Regional Vice President and CHRO for HCA Houston Healthcare. HCA Houston Healthcare is an affiliation of hospitals serving greater Houston, Corpus Christi and South Texas. HCA Houston Healthcare was the #1 provider of healthcare services in the Houston market. With 18 hospitals, 12 freestanding emergency rooms, 8 ambulatory surgery centers, more than 20,000 employees and 9,800 active physicians, HCA Houston Healthcare offered patients access to care throughout the region.
Prior to joining HCA, Benjamin worked as the ScottMadden consulting project lead for several HR transformation projects. Aligning HR support to business objectives and incorporating internal leading practices into HR processes were key tenets of the implementation approach. Benjamin has expertise in large-scale HR transformations, talent management strategies, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, operations improvement, and project and change management.
