The specialist who is the in charge of the department of public relations in an organization will advise other departments and the HR divisions. The specialist can be an external one or an internal one. The activities carried out by the public relations department will eventually affect the image of the organization in front of the public. The division or department of human resources administration is the one who is going to receive maximum advice. The reason is, this is the only department that maintains a significant relationship with all the internal public.

For understanding the advice given by the public relations functions to the HR administration and define each field of action, the list of functions has to be clarified. This list of the HR department of the function should not be exhaustive. Only those devices are mentioned where the need for public relations is evident. 

Public Relations: 

The department comes with a conscious effort and influence and stimulates people primarily through communication. It will judge the organization favorably as it is a directive function of organized and continuous nature. Private and public organizations use this for maintaining support, sympathy, and understanding of the public. It is because they are linked via the evaluation of opinion provided by the public. Human Resources:

This department is designed to maintain and create friendly links and cordial relations among individuals that are based on certain accepted rules. The fundamental rules respect and recognize the workers in the organizations. On the other hand, public relations make the organization through external and internal audiences by inserting it within the community. Procedures and objectives based on creating profitable links for both parties based on respective interests. 

Human Resource Database:

The system through which data is stored and accumulated is called a database. The data is properly classified for obtaining and processing information. This internal communication strategy works efficiently with logically related data that are integrated and updated through simultaneous processing. The databases are linked with each other through software. It performs various functions generating reports, retrieving and uploading files. 

The data can be stored and obtained through the database on various levels and strata. Some examples are as follows:

• Personal data of the employee that forms the personal records.

• Data of every position of the occupants who has a history of charges.

• A record of sections constitutes employee data from every division, department, and section.

• Record of remuneration is constituted with data based on salaries and incentives.

• A record of benefits is created with data on social services and benefits.

• It also constitutes data training activities and courses and also on candidate registrations.

The system obtains the information and data from the employees' macro and external environment, business environment, and also experiencing processing, collection, and use of work. 

The data are collected to evaluate the workforce and the rest is tabulated for presenting it as an analysis, survey, and follow-up for characterization. The rest of the data is stored for retrieving, processing, and using it as a part of the description. 

All these bases help in compiling the Management Information System as part of human resource that is an internal communication strategy formed within the domain of public relations. 

Social and economic needs:

Companies have to exist and at the same time develop. For that, they need to cover various aspects and this is the reason, they are dependent on the community for capital, labor, financial and legal organizations, and so on. It is quite evident that without this element, they can't rise and grow. But at the same time, some specific needs have to be covered. One must plan for coordinating with the activities of the individual as well as the line of conduct of an organization, industry, or a firm as part of the general interest. Such responsibilities also lie with every component of the business and also on the human resources. It is not limited only to the business leaders. The company has to coexist and it does not stay in a particular society. The business must express their aspirations and interests and also actively participates in the development efforts and helps the mass reach a higher level of life with the best quality. 

Benefits:

There are numerous benefits are brought by public relations to the domain of human resources. Public relations provide important contributions for both private and public organizations and they can be commercial or non-commercial. Public relations will act decisively on certain aspects for the growth and success of an organization. 

• Decreasing Costs:

The high efficiency and effectiveness in the provision of services and production are directly proportional to the degree of satisfaction and training of the company's human resources. The staff can be integrated into the institution with the help of the right public relations policy. It will also integrate with the objectives and a sense of belonging is created that will increase the production, quality, and productivity as part of the service provision. 

• Stimulating Creativity:

The managers consider the officials as the most efficient computer that will benefit the company. They also put in the best services for achieving the organizational objectives through its rich and inexhaustible potential. The public relations official creates a proper internal system. This helps in awakening creativity in the first place. Later, on it is recognized and rewarded by the professionals. A manager can't understand the happenings in a department and sector but it is known to those who work at that given point. 

• Sales Index:

The image of an institution is the most important thing for enjoying a social consensus. In the first place, survival is ensured followed by subsequent development. A great image of the institution is pretty much superior to any other promotional and advertising campaign. There is a direct relationship between a great image and better sales. So, the sales index is raised by improving the image.
