The unit is a dedicating renovated and refurbished residential Block in AMITHA campus naming 'Aswathanarayana Block’ near Gulakamale Village, Near Kaggalipura, Kanakapura, Bangalore.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Sri T A Sharavana MLS, President, Karnataka Arya Vysya Mahamandal as the chief guest presided by Sri Cadabam M Ramesh, Chairman, Cadabam's Group.
