In an Instagram post that Mr. Rajput shared, he was all praise for his trusted deputy and was seen thanking him for being part of the organisation and to all the employees who have been working at MindInventory to bring it to the level, it is now after successfully completing 11 years.

It's not the first time and certainly not the last time that Mr. Rajput has gifted a car to his employee. A year ago, he gifted 10 cars to his employees which consisted of the first employee of the organization to the 6-month-old employee who had joined recently at that time. Along with this he also rewarded some employees with a Cash bonus ranging between 1 Lac to 25 Thousand rupees.
The CEO believes that the best way to earn a profit is to share the profit with the people who are working hard for the organization which is not seen largely in the IT sector in India where employees are forced to work hard due to false deadlines and false commitments made by team members. This vision of him has not only garnered praises amongst the employees but has also seen a large volume of growth in terms of people wanting to join MindInventory and also made aware to the other CEOs that employees who are working for you deserve the profit-sharing in one way or the other apart from the salaries that they are being paid.
