Cooper currently serves as the Director of Mobile Strategy and Innovation – Global Business at AT&T, where he has spent over 20 years developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of Fortune 50 clients across various industries. His expertise in automating business processes and leveraging cutting-edge technology has made him a recognized leader in his field.
Cooper’s career began during his service in the United States Air Force, where he graduated in the top 5 of the prestigious Satellite Engineering Program. Over his 12 years in the Air National Guard, he also worked with Motorola as a systems technologist before joining Bell South’s wireless data division, now part of AT&T. Notably, in 2004, Cooper had the honor of working with the Office of the 41st President of the United States, George H.W. Bush.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Cooper is deeply committed to his community. A longtime resident of Bridge Mill, he has dedicated himself to enhancing the quality of life in his neighborhood while fostering a sense of unity and pride among its residents.
In his role as the head of the VFAF Georgia chapter, Cooper will focus on advancing the organization’s goals by advocating for veterans’ needs, promoting patriotic values, and supporting policies that strengthen the nation’s commitment to its heroes.
