The Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce partnered with Clear Vision Media to create a community video showcasing the members of the chamber, industries, and community of Syracuse, IN. To debut the video the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce rented out the Pickwick Theater. Mercedes Sanchez was the lead videographer and producer on this project, capturing the beauty and appeal of Syracuse with the help of her sister, Alexandria Sanchez.
“We saw the power of visual storytelling through media come alive for the town of Syracuse,” said Mercedes Sanchez.
Renea Salyer, Chamber Director, fundraised the video through small business sponsors including Clear Vision Media.
“Clear Vision Media took our vision and brought it to life to tell our story in Syracuse. The video is designed to be an economic development tool, assisting us in growing our community and the chamber membership body. The Syracuse Wawasee Chamber is nothing without the community and our member businesses. Together ‘We are the Chamber!’” said Salyer.
Clear Vision Media and Salyer worked together on the project to produce this fantastic video which encompasses multiple businesses and highlights the Syracuse area. The video has also been entered into a National Competition for Membership Based Organizations.
“Renea was such an active leader and a champion of all the small details. We were determined to capture her passion and character of this northern Indiana town in the video,” said Sanchez.
Visual storytelling creates brand awareness for small businesses, entrepreneurs, visitors, and families of Syracuse.
