At present, he is Chairman of four chapters’ i.e. Durgapur, Dhanbad, Chittaranjan, and Asansol of the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), and also a Member of Rotary International, India, Durgapur Central.
Mantar Singh is a highly-skilled professional with extensive 20 years of experience in handling PR & General Administration under the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways), Govt. of India with proven ability and is a known name in making viable contributions at senior management and apex level. Mr. Singh will have oversight of strategic direction, expansion, and operation of quality development and business for CommPR. He also had actively worked as Secretary of Sports Association for 13 years for the development of sports activities and was Secretary of Cultural Association for 12 years for the development of Cultural activities under GOI. He has done his BSc(1978-80)from Lucknow University and has MBA(PG Dip. in Public Relations)(1996) from Annamalai University/ Madras.
