D-Tech Mobility and Zhejiang Xingchi Automobile Forge Strategic Partnership to Expand Premium Mobility in Korea

The agreement covers the import of premium VIP vehicles, future local production in Korea, and expanded Korea–China cooperation in the premium mobility sector.

Seoul, South Korea Jul 20, 2026 (Issuewire.com)  - D-Tech Mobility has entered into a strategic partnership with Zhejiang Xingchi Automobile Co., Ltd. ,a leading Chinese manufacturer specializing in premium conversion vehicles, to expand the premium mobility market and promote future domestic production in Korea.

On July 15, Kim Hoon, Chairman of the Korea-China Entrepreneurs Association, Lim Yoo-seop, Vice Chairman of D-Tech Mobility, Seo Hyung-won, Chief Executive Officer, Lee Ji-hye, Vice President, and Chae Bae-jeong, Head of the Beijing Team, visited Xingchi Automobile’s headquarters and manufacturing facilities near Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, at the company’s invitation. During the visit, both companies signed a memorandum of agreement outlining key conditions for introducing premium conversion vehicles into the Korean market.

Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly import and distribute premium VIP conversion vehicles based on the Mercedes-Benz V300L and Mercedes-Benz VITO, while also pursuing plans to establish localized production facilities in Korea in the future.

Founded in 2013, Zhejiang Xingchi Automobile is a specialized manufacturer of premium conversion and special-purpose vehicles based in Haining, Zhejiang Province. The company develops, manufactures, and sells luxury business vehicles, VIP executive vehicles, camper vans, and other specialty vehicles based on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, S-Class, V-Class, and VITO platforms. It operates as a high-tech enterprise with integrated research, development, manufacturing, and sales capabilities.

Chairman Chen of Xingchi Automobile stated, “D-Tech Mobility is an important strategic partner with extensive experience in Korea’s VIP executive vehicle market. By combining Xingchi’s advanced vehicle conversion technology with D-Tech Mobility’s expertise in the Korean market, we aim to introduce premium vehicles tailored to Korean consumers.”

The official VIP protocol and event operations for the visit were managed by Hyunjin Lee, Chairman of the Korea Racing Model Association Co., Ltd., together with the association’s professional event management team.

Drawing on more than 21 years of experience in the automotive and motorsports industries, Chairman Lee oversaw VIP protocol, on-site operations, and brand promotion. His role extended beyond traditional protocol services by helping connect corporate partners, customers, premium vehicles, and digital content to showcase new possibilities in premium mobility services.

Through this partnership, D-Tech Mobility plans to expand Korea’s premium mobility market while advancing joint development projects and establishing domestic production capabilities as part of its long-term strategy for global expansion.
