Dubai, United Arab Emirates Oct 15, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - DAMAC Towers by Paramount has been shortlisted in the Residential Project of the Year category at the upcoming Construction Innovation Awards 2018 in Dubai, UAE.
The four-tower development, designed and engineered by KEO International Consultants, who is also currently supervising its construction, has 1,200 luxury serviced suites in three towers that will offer sumptuous living with a Hollywood flair. A fourth tower will house the world’s first branded Paramount Hotel and Paramount Residences, a five-star hotel with over 800 rooms. Each of the four towers stretches over 250 meters in height and all are connected on the ground by a multi-level plaza.
Raj Patel, KEO’s Director of Design and designer of the towers said, “The concept of the towers draws inspiration from flowing veils. The shape of the towers was developed to flow naturally from the circular podium designed to provide the best viewing vantage for all the apartments.”

DAMAC Towers by Paramount recently achieved a remarkable milestone of having 25 million hours without a reportable lost time injury. The safety milestone was recently commemorated in the presence of KEO’s HSE team, DAMAC management, the contractor and their sub-contractors and many representatives of local authorities including Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Creative Clusters Authority (DCCA).
The development is located adjacent to the new Downtown Dubai District in close proximity to Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower. The construction of the development is near completion with its anticipated opening in early 2019.
