Born on 19th October, 1998 and hailing from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, Deepanshu started uploading covers from August, 2016. Aiming to become a music producer since his childhood, he used to rhyme and develop his own lyrics since a very young age. He drew inspiration for music from Justin Bieber and Usher and once he got into Hip Hop he started idolizing artists like Eminem, Dr Dre, Travis Scott, Childish Gambino and more. A commerce student, he graduated with a B.Com degree in 2019. Besides being a Hip Hop Artist and record producer, he is also a DJ and goes by the stage name Deepz. He finished his professional DJing course from ’TheMusicScool’ in Bangalore, and thereafter has been residing in Bangalore itself. He’s played at a lot of pubs and bars like ‘Boho', ‘House of Commons’, ‘Harry’s Club’, ‘Boozers Club’, ‘Throwback Pub n Dine’, etc. He was a Resident DJ of Sky Lounge, Electronic City, Bangalore till 31 December 2019. His first single “Too Much” dropped on 1st August, 2018 and received a lot of appreciation and support from his audience. Later on, he kept releasing more music, and in 2020 in Lockdown he started exploring Lofi Music and released his first Lofi song called Call Me after this he started making Bollywood Lofi remixes and got attention from Sony music and later on he releases several lofi flips for labels like Sony Music India, Universal Music India and Saregama. He bagged more than 1 Million Monthly listeners across all Streaming platforms making him one of the most popular lofi artist in India. Deepanshu is planning to release more new music in upcoming future and aim to become India's most popular DJ and Music Producer.
