Through the collaboration, DSS has teamed up with SWIL to further enhance the value-add and benefits delivered to DSS’ clients through the delivery of bottom-up team engagement models.
The agreed collaboration comes as a necessary response to the rapidly changing workplace dynamics brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has caused reduced interactions in the workplace, often resulting in poor workplace engagement, which in turn limits global performance and work/life balance in companies across the globe.

The collaboration, which will predominantly focus on Asia and Africa, is expected to help DSS and SWIL to expand the workforce engagement levels of current clients within these regions. Initially, the collaboration will focus on engagements that deploy between 10 to 15 advisors for a duration of between 12 to 24 months to achieve whole-of-organization transformations.
SWIL has strong and deep industry relationships in Africa and Asia, where its teams have delivered multiple successful step-change programs in industries including mining, oil, and gas, banking, insurance, and manufacturing, often resulting in union endorsement.
