Pleiman brings over 35 years of real estate experience to Epique, having worked in all aspects of residential real estate sales from being a solo agent to a Mega Team lead, to being owner/broker to Regional Director for Canada for two Real Estate Industry disruptors.
Pleiman's most recent role was as head of eXp Realty’s operations in Canada. During this time, Canada grew from a few agents in Ontario and Alberta to well over 3,000 agents across 9 provinces. Pleiman was instrumental in creating a culture that attracted great agents and staff, who came for the model and stayed because of the culture. Pleiman believes that culture is key and that when it is right, great agents and staff will be attracted to a company.
During this past year and a half, Deborah has taken time away from corporate life. She has spent time doing what she loves: spending time with family & friends, renovating homes, traveling, and building an educational resource library of all the great information she has gathered.
