Brandon, Manitoba Jul 16, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Things are heating up this summer with the 2112 Hockey Group as they recently expanded their pool of professionals. President Darryl Wolski is thrilled to announce that Josh Gratton, former NHL player, is now part of the 2112 Hockey Group.
Thirty-seven-year-old Gratton played for the Philadelphia Flyers and Phoenix Coyotes for four years of his professional hockey career from 2005-09. The left-winger, originally from Brantford, Ontario, also played in the KHL for Barys Astana and Vityaz Chekhov. The KHL (Kontinental Hockey League) is an international professional ice hockey league with clubs based in Belarus, China, Finland, Latvia, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
“Josh’s hockey resume is extensive. He’s always been a fan favourite and admired by his fellow teammates. These characteristics make him a natural for this business. We know he’ll bring a lot to the table and will share his vast experience with up-and-coming players,” said Darryl Wolski, 2112 Hockey Group President.
Gratton has been hired as a player agent and family advisor and will be based out of Ontario. He will be recruiting new clients for 2112 Hockey Agency plus College Hockey Family Advisor. As well, Gratton will still be lacing up his skates this upcoming season as he’ll be coaching the Collingwood Blues of the OJHL.
The 2112 Hockey Group includes the 2112 Hockey Agency, College Hockey Family Advisor, Wendy’s Winter and Summer Hockey Leagues, as well as the Source for Sports AAA Hockey Challenge. 2112 Hockey Group based in Brandon, Manitoba Canada.
