Atlanta, Georgia Sep 25, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - It all began one day in the office; will the real Corporate Bro please stand up. 10 wannabe Corporate Bro’s stood up to claim the reign of office legend but there can only be one. Ross Pomerantz, a Stanford MBA Student, but no one on the internet knows that it’s Corporate Bro to the rest of you.
When Corporate Bro comes from the third floor, he doesn’t need to introduce himself to the others in the office, they know instantly who he is. Anyone can spot that jawline and comb-over from a mile away.
The Troy Bolton of sales.
The Jordan Belfort of tech.
Corporate Bro is not a force to be reckoned with. He has gained the utmost respect from his co-workers who no longer see him as a co-worker, but a role model.
Vining days were a good time to be alive, cramming ultimate entertainment into six seconds of footage and sharing it on social media. It created some of the most iconic people in the industry and even Corporate Bro. RIP Vine.
“I remember walking into the office one day and I had this moment where I thought ‘this place is ridiculous. Everyone here is such a corporate bro!’” It’s that moment of realisation. We’ve all been there, when you take a second to stand back and look around at the chaos in your workplace and think, ‘Jesus Christ I need a change in career.’ For Pomerantz it was the start of something new. (Troy Bolton reference yet again.)
With the help of his family, Pomerantz deliberated the idea with his brother Win Pomerantz, manager in videos and aid in writing and producing. And who better than someone who already understands the struggles of working in sales? Two people who already understand the struggle of working in sales, his co-worker Matt McDonald and comedy writer Ben Gould, who had previously worked in sales.
It was a recipe for success.
Now with over 3k subscribers on YouTube and 85k followers on Instagram tuning in for weekly office ventures, Corporate Bro showcases his comical ways around the desk as a Silicon Valley software salesman. Office Bro would not live up the name of Corporate Bro. the ‘Corporate’ adds that dash of professionalism after all.
A lot has happened since that first video. Those days of waiting for the bourgeoisie to take their lunch break is no longer, Corporate Bro had been granted filming permission in the office and this would only increase the level of bro respect.
Enjoying your job is one thing but being able to bring Corporate Bro into the office makes the days feel a hell of a lot shorter.
After all, he really is a sales guy and he really does have to be in the office for 8am on a Saturday.
For all the phones answerers, coffee drinkers and yawners, his satirical portrayal of life as a sales tech guy isn’t all Corporate Bro has to offer. Make sure you follow @CorporateBro on Instagram and YouTube for the next office adventure.
