Oakland Park, Florida Mar 30, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - G.A.I. Exhibits were proud to be selected as the official show partner for this year’s OtakuFest in Miami. This annual festival, which celebrates anime, animation, cosplay, gaming, music, and comics, took place on January 23rd and January 24th at the Miami Airport Convention Center. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the festival's organizers needed to provide a safe environment for sponsors, celebrity guests, staff, and attendees. G.A.I. Exhibits helped make this possible by providing SANOS hand sanitizer stations and event signage.
G.A.I Exhibits provided several services that allowed those at OtakuFest to stay safe while enjoying the events. SANOS all-in-one touchless thermometer and hand sanitizer stations were placed at key entry points at the facility. This offered an efficient way to check temperatures and ensure that all those entering the building were able to clean their hands. G.A.I. Exhibits also placed hand sanitizer stations around the facility, so that attendees had convenient access to hand sanitizer in multiple areas.
Other services that G.A.I. Exhibits provided at OtakuFest included COVID window cling signs, which were placed outside in front of the facility’s main entrance. COVID-19 signage at the event also included signs placed in all restrooms with reminders about washing hands in order to prevent the spread of germs. G.A.I. Exhibits provided COVID signs in designated outdoor eating areas and mask-wearing signage on the back of show directories as well. This signage served as important reminders of how to stay safe and reduce the risk of spreading illness at the festival during the pandemic.
G.A.I. Exhibits also provided other signage for OtakuFest, including event directional signage, event directory signage, and traffic flow floor graphics. These signs and graphics helped reduce the risk of having too many people gathered in one area at a time while also making it easier for attendees to find where they needed to go. These services were part of G.A.I.'s dedication to helping attendees, guests, exhibitors, and staff enjoy this event in a safe environment.
The range of services provided at OtakuFest highlights G.A.I.’s commitment to going above and beyond, especially during the pandemic, to help keep the public safe. As Todd Cline, President of G.A.I. Exhibits states, “We were excited to partner with the OtakuFest show organizer. It gave us a chance to demonstrate our full in-house exhibit capabilities.” In addition to providing hand sanitizer stations and COVID-19 signage, G.A.I. also offered masks and hand sanitizers to exhibitors in a welcome kit and provided labor support to ensure that all stations were working properly and refilled when needed.
