Vantaa, Uusimaa Dec 20, 2025 (Issuewire.com) -
Ghanshyam Gautam, an ICT student at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Finland, has launched a GoFundMe campaign titled “Your Support: My Master’s Degree in Finland.” The campaign seeks to raise €16,500 to secure his academic future and financial stability. Of this amount, €6,000 must be paid within the first week of January 2026 to confirm his Master’s seat and resolve visa requirements, while the remaining €10,500 will go toward repaying his previous education loan.
Ghanshyam has already completed half of his postgraduate diploma in ICT and Software Engineering. Advancing into the Master’s track is essential to ensure his diploma is recognized internationally. Without this progression, his qualification risks being limited to Finland, restricting his career opportunities in the IT field. Importantly, the tuition payment must be made before completing his current study to secure enrollment and avoid visa complications.
Despite his determination and strong academic record, Ghanshyam has faced challenges in securing part-time employment in Finland. His parents have been helping cover loan interest and household expenses, but due to financial and health constraints, they are no longer able to provide further assistance.
“Technology has always been my passion. I believe ICT can change lives and open opportunities not just for me, but for others too. With your support, I can complete my degree, make my qualification globally valid, and contribute to real-world solutions in IT,” said Ghanshyam Gautam.
The GoFundMe campaign will help Ghanshyam cover urgent tuition fees due in January, confirm his Master’s seat, resolve visa issues, and repay his education loan. Every contribution, regardless of size, brings him closer to achieving his dream of building a stable career in IT and creating a better future for himself and his family.
Supporters can donate directly through the campaign page: GoFundMe – Your Support: My Master’s Degree in Finland. Sharing the campaign within personal and professional networks is also encouraged to help Ghanshyam reach his fundraising goal.
Urgency Note
Immediate support is crucial, as the €6,000 tuition fee must be paid by the first week of January 2026 to confirm enrollment and avoid visa issues.
