Tinley Park, Illinois Sep 30, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Graphicsland, Inc., parent company of MakeStickers and MakeSigns, announces a generous new paid time off (PTO) policy.
Graphicsland President Adam Feil announced that all employees will be receiving unlimited paid sick leave and all full-time employees will have 20 paid vacation days. The decision to implement such a generous PTO policy stems from fostering a company culture that truly cares about its workers and is willing to go beyond the status quo.
Feil stated, “If you don’t want sick people coming in to work, then let people stay home when sick, period. If you want your employees refreshed and focused at work, give them a generous amount of time off.”
The new Graphicsland PTO policy is partially highlighted below:
- All employees, both full and part time, will receive unlimited paid sick leave.
- If an employee is taking an above average amount of days off or requires an extended leave, the company may ask for a doctor’s note.
- All full time employees will receive 20 paid vacation days per year.
- Full time employees are required to take all 20 vacation days and will not be paid out for any unused days at the end of the year.
