Gurgaon, Haryana Feb 21, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - Hyatt Place Gurgaon is happy to unfold the street food of erstwhile Bengal province with its “Undivided Bengal” food festival at Gallery Café from 22nd Feb to 3rd Mar’2019. The food festival is organized in association with Social media Influencer and blogger Mr. Maneesh Srivastava along with Chef Rick Kundu from Hyatt Place Gurgaon. They have handpicked some of their favorite dishes from the streets of Bihar and Bengal which happen to be their respective natives.

Bihar and Bengal have a lot in common and hence they have decided to pick some of the best dishes to satisfy the taste buds of all. The menu is inspired by the street flavors & mouth-watering appetizers that are not just famous in Bengal but in Bihar too. The chatkal factory in Bengal (Bengal province) saw many labors from different parts of Bihar move to Bengal to work in jute factories. They got their food there and also brought back the food from Bengal. On this, Mr. Maneesh Srivasatava said “Our aim through this festival is to feed the public with famous street food of both the states. Some of the street food is common and yet different in preparation. Come and enjoy the taste to experience the journey of Undivided Bengal”.

Mr. Anoop Nair, F&B Manager, Hyatt Place Gurgaon said “We are very excited to kick start this street food festival in association with Mr. Maneesh Srivastava (TheUrbanescapades) & Mr. Vickrham Vicky (Foodmaniacs). So, gear up to indulge in some exciting street flavors of this street food festival”.

The prices for this festival would be Rs.1750 plus taxes per person for dinner which will feature a widespread buffet along with various live counters.
