The Honolulu local created the secondary company White Sand Capital after founding Our Home Investments, a real estate solutions and investment firm that help Hawaiian homeowners receive quick and effective deals on home sales.
The recent accomplishment of 200 properties closed comes after Lange hosted a Mastermind event in mid-February in Waikiki, Honolulu area, featuring panelists of real estate investors from the mainland and Hawaii. Lange has been ramping up efforts towards investments for White Sand Capital to bring on 50 more investors and 30 more doors within the next 6 months.
Following off the heels of his event in Waikiki, Lange appeared as a guest speaker on Think Tech Hawaii’s podcast, Think Tank News. The podcast, which is led by the non-profit organization, aims to showcase guests in order to provide a platform for civic engagement by citizen journalists. raising public awareness and providing a platform for civic engagement by citizen journalists, The CEO discussed how individuals can get a start in the real estate space, the initial first steps one should take, and the current direction the real estate market is in.
“One of the greatest rewards is being able to see a home that is inhabitable or neglected come back to life,” says Lange, discussing how flipping homes for him is more of a passion than just a job. “I love working on flips because it’s the hard & dirty work that not everyone is willing and able to do to create more homes for people to live in.”
White Sand Capital has more upcoming for the month of April, as the company plans to expand the community to help more people create wealth within real estate and investing. Lange is launching a real estate investing educational course this summer to help educate how people can invest while still making their money work for them, in a tier 1 market like Hawaii.
