San Francisco, California Sep 3, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - InnoActive Group has partnered with SF Courts to provide an electronic, public-facing form and database to manage California Rules of Court Requests. The digital solution allows for online requests, drastically cutting down processing times and aligning with the City’s digital initiatives. This innovative application arrives at a time where increased remote flexibility is required due to COVID-19 economic effects.
Arriving at the solution was a multi-step process that required close collaboration with all parties involved. InnoActive identified current Court workflows, then built a process map to identify areas for improvement. Once project workflows were finalized, InnoActive started implementation using iterative prototyping to test, analyze, and refine the digital solution to meet the project objectives.
The digital process starts with the online platform, where users can fill in an electronic form to request judicial administrative records. The form is then sent electronically to Court officials, who can begin to process the request electronically. The platform allows for completely digital management and processing of requests.
