Palm Springs, California Sep 26, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - Independent, underground Palm Springs film company, Intriguism Moving Pictures, in association with Entar Entertainment and The Desert Rose Playhouse, is developing a film project, “‘Empty Interiors’”, which will star versatile actor, Steven Ciceron, Rosemary Flaherty, and Phylicia Mason.
Mr. Ciceron is considered to be the kind of hard-working studio character actor of yesteryear. He pours his heart and creativity into every role. Whether on television, stage or the “Big Screen”, Ciceron builds one impressive role at a time -- standing out by “being one” with the story-telling, the personification of “entertainment value”, and a relatable craftsman and technician. Ciceron is an actor to watch.
The role of gruff Hollywood film studio head, Mr. Ivan R. Meyers, is being written specifically for Mr. Ciceron, who appeared in Intriguism Moving Pictures (IMP) recent film, “The Glorification of Gwen”, as well as “The Ghost of Room 13” with legendary actress Deborah Dutch, and “Circus of Death”. Ciceron is also working as Associate Producer and Script Consultant on IMP’s film, “When The Whispers Stop”, which is in pre-production.
The unusual film “Empty Interiors” is “movie-about-a-play-making-a-movie” and centers around a driven 1940’s lesbian movie star, Chelsea Sinclair (Flaherty), who sets her sight on new-comer, Gloria Jean Marshall (Mason), on Christmas eve. Mr. Ivan Meyers (Ciceron) acts as a conniving facilitator.
Iconoclastic film-maker, His Grace, Brother Andy, will write the “Empty Interiors” original screenplay, Executive Produce, and Direct. Corey Chambers will serve as Producer. Production of “Empty Interiors” is scheduled for mid-December 2018 with a completion date of mid-January 2019.
