Kantation is comprised of:
- Martin DeBourge – Vocals: Formerly of Torman Maxt & Damien Thorne, DeBourge has performed at Germany’s iconic Keep It True Festival and worked with notable artists like Bryan Beller (Mike Keneally, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Dethklok, The Aristocrats). His impressive recording credits include Head Transfer Process and Quester.
- Nano Lugo – Guitar: Founding member of Southern California-based bands Shocker, Roxxity, and Caravan, Nano is the creative mastermind behind Kantation.
- Jaye Sooter – Bass: Jaye brings a wealth of local gigging experience from Southern California’s High Desert. He’s been a longtime friend of Nano’s and is a crucial element of Kantation’s powerful sound.
- Jeremy Jimison – Guitar: A founding member of Head Transfer Process, Jeremy has recorded projects benefiting the Ronnie James Dio Cancer Fund and performed alongside notable names like Lisa LaRue, Steve Smyth (Forbidden), and Bryant Crawford. His live performance credits include The Jimmy Ash Band, and he has extensive experience in session work.
- Vinny Galore – Drums: A driving force behind Kantation’s intense rhythms, Vinny has performed with Bar Flyz and Aftershokk. He’s opened for the likes of Ace Frehley, Dee Snider’s Widow Maker, SOIL, and Doro Pesch. Vinny’s drumming is informed by his studies under Brian Tichy (Whitesnake, Foreigner) and his mastery of double bass drumming has become a cornerstone of Kantation’s sound.
