That's why the company has launched the $1500 Annual Video Contest Scholarship. This year marks its 8th iteration, with thousands of participants having already contributed.

Eligibility
IvyPanda welcomes submissions from current high school, college, or university students. The committee will review every application to confirm academic standing or enrollment. You must provide evidence of your current student status to qualify for the prize.
Important Dates
- Video submission start: July 1, 2024
- Video submission deadline: October 31, 2024
- Result announcement: December, 2024
Guidelines
Record an original video on one of the following topics:
- The anxiety of change: tips for transfer students to overcome anxiety.
- How to prioritize homework assignments: your advice for not getting overwhelmed.
- Recognizing your achievements: how do you reward yourself for small (or big) victories?
Your video must:
- Contain only copyright-free content
- Cover one of the topics given above
- Be in English only
- Have a creative, catchy title that reflects your ideas
- Last between 1 – 1:30 minutes
- Be submitted in one of the following formats: *.MOV, *.MPEG4, *.MP4, *.AVI
Submission Process
- Upload your video to Dropbox or Google Drive. No video should be set to public access before the contest.
- Subscribe to IvyPanda’s first and second YouTube channels; like and share the contest video announcement on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
- Send an email to scholarship@ivypanda.com with “IvyPanda Video Contest Submission” as the subject line and the following content inside (in this particular order):
- The direct link to your uploaded video (ensure the share option is set to "Give access to anyone with the link").
- The screenshots showing your subscriptions to IvyPanda’s YouTube channels
- The screenshot of the contest video announcement shared on social media
- A thumbnail of your choice (optional)
- The detailed answer to the question: “Where did you find out about the IvyPanda Contest?”
