Bengaluru, Karnataka Feb 11, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - JAIN (DEEMED-TO-BE UNIVERSITY) ANNOUNCES ENTRANCE EXAM DATES FOR B.TECH, UG & PG PROGRAMS
Jain (Deemed-to-be University) announced the date for Jain Entrance Test (JET) pertaining to B.Tech, UG and PG Programs for the Academic Year 2020. JET for PG Programs is scheduled on 19 January 2020 whereas UG JET is scheduled on 24 & 25 April 2020 and B.Tech JET on 26 April 2020, across multiple centers in India.
Students belonging to SC, ST and Defense categories can avail scholarships [as per the scholarship policy of Jain (Deemed-to-be University)] to pursue their B.Tech Program at SET, Jain (Deemed-to-be University). The Candidate(s) need to visit www.jainuniversity.ac.in to fill in the Online Application Form to be eligible to appear for JET. Admission granted is as per the eligibility criteria and performance in JET.
Selected students in JET need to undergo a seat allotment counseling to choose their respective branch in B.Tech.
Eligibility
MBA and MCom Any bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate are eligible to apply. Selection process is through Jain Entrance Test (JET) – written test, group discussion, and personal interview. Candidate(s) with a valid CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT score are eligible to apply and are exempted from the written test of JET
M.Tech aspirants who have passed the BE / B.Tech with an aggregate of 50% of all the years/semesters are eligible to apply. Candidates with valid GATE score will be exempted from the Jain Entrance Written Test and will be qualified directly for the Personal Interview
Other candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in the subjects taken together (Eligibility criteria for SC/ST Category, please contact the Admissions Office)
