San Diego, California Jul 6, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Being a member of her high school orchestra, Jessica Kahal got the opportunity to perform with them in their winter concert at Armstrong Theater. Being a young flutist, she could still recall some of her performances that are quite close to her heart.
She performed with her high school choir in a candlelight memorial for the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In addition, she got the chance to go on tour with them to Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington DC as well. She was in the Woman’s Jazz Chorus, called “Here Comes Treble,” and performed at the Kennedy Center as part of a special invitation.
Counted amongst America’s top flutists, Jessica Kahal holds a charismatic performance style and the ability to play in a variety of music genres. With many high-profile appearances to her name including both solo performances and collaborations with a number of renowned artists, Kahal continues to leap into the International orchestral as well as the solo music scene.
Born and raised in a musically-inclined family, Jessica always had the support of her parents when she decided to pursue a career in music. By the time she was in high school, she had already dedicated years to exploring the technique of the instrument.

Along with the other members of the Woman’s Jazz Chorus called Here Comes Treble, Jessica performed ‘I’m Beginning to See the Light’ at the Kennedy Center.
