Charles Russell Leone is a “people’s person,” and gets energy from investing in and fostering relationships and connections. He is a team player and loves working in groups and helping all members to achieve their best. He attributes a large credit of his personality and it’s building to his happy and safe childhood in Texas. Charles’ parents put a lot of focus on family and religion. The family had the custom of eating together every day - even though both the parents were working. They also had the practice of going to church every Sunday. They taught both Charles and their daughter, Christinia, the meaning of discipline and independence by assigning them some minor home tasks and paying them a few dollars each week for them.
As part of the family, Charles also was devout and a big believer in God and religion. Additionally, the Church was another place where Charles could socialize with other individuals. Infact, he met his closest companion in church. Then, he was at quite a low point in his life, something that Charles was quick to notice. Though it took some time, with Charles' caring personality, the friend opened up to him about his life and how discouraged he felt. That's when Charles promised to be his friend forever and gave him what is now his signature line, “God vows to make something great out of the tempests that carry demolition to your life.”
Right before entering university, Charles Russell Leone also enrolled for four weeks into Brown University Summer Program. Being an overachiever and having an ambitious streak, he chose to pursue more than one class. This turned out to be not so easy, seeing as the classes included a number of activities, but Charles persevered. Though he had a lot of fun with his friends, he also worked hard and did great in all his classes of choice. Charles Russell Leone IV then went on to pursue a major degree in Economics at the Blinn University.
