West Sussex, United Kingdom Aug 26, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Local pub operator Barr & Barr’s Hospitality extends Eat Out to Help Out throughout September at The Onslow Arms, Loxwood and The Wheatsheaf, Midhurst.
Eat Out To Help Out, a scheme intended to boost for the country’s hospitality sector has meant a 50% discount (maximum £10 per person) at participating restaurants and pubs on Mondays to Wednesdays throughout August.
The UK Government scheme to get customers back to restaurants following lockdown seems to have gone down a treat - and we have good news for pub-goers in West Sussex, Barr and Barr’s Hospitality is extending the offer throughout September to allow more diners to benefit from 50% off food.
A refreshed menu packed with quality locally sourced ingredients will be served throughout September and the two pubs are offering 50% off, up to £10 per person to those who prebook a table at either of the pubs.
Pub Director, Rob Barr comments: ‘It’s been amazing to have both our pubs open since the 4th July after lockdown and the Eat out to Help out scheme has been great for both us as a business and for our customers to get back out and enjoy a meal with a family in a socially distanced environment away from home”.
The offer of 50% off food will be available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday throughout September, although drinks are not included in the extended offer, it still presents excellent value for diners looking to enjoy a bite to eat out whilst supporting local businesses.
Rob added “We are so happy to be able to extend the offer to customers new and old. All we ask is that you pre-book your table with us in order to redeem the offer. As a small business, we have been blown away by the support of the community and this is our way of returning that support”.
The offer will run until Wednesday 30th September at the Onslow Arms in Loxwood and The Wheatsheaf in Midhurst.
