Loudoun Club 12 in Leesburg, Virginia will hold its annual fund-raising golf tournament
Tuesday, August 30 at Ashburn’s Brambleton Golf Course, the Club
announced today.
The popular tournament has been a successful part of the Club’s
essential fund-raising activities in prior years and club officials said
they are especially enthusiastic about this year’s event.
As usual, the fun-packed day will feature a silent auction and raffles as
well as a catered breakfast and lunch. The Club urges interested individuals
and corporations to sign up and register today as hole sponsors or
donate prizes for the silent auction.
Club 12 was established in 2007 to provide a safe and supportive meeting space
for individuals recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction. It hosts
40 peer-to-peer recovery meetings weekly with approximately 1,000 participants monthly.
