The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that the DC Soul is set to begin play when the league officially opens the 2019-2020 season in November. "What a great fit this is," stated ABA CEO Joe Newman. "With many Maryland and Virginia teams, some really great competition and easy travel too.
