J Bert, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Bert Music Entertainment started off as KFAAMOS Entertainment to help young talented artists around Dallas and the world. Our specialties were helping teens that ate gifted but doesn’t have the help or funds. We also recruited models but our origin is based on producing music and beats, Making arts and taking photos/video. Editing etc… Basically doing everything a record label does. We worked with several record label/studio such as Servy, Luminous and Greenville Ave.
J Bert is a French/American Artist and Producer with powerful meanings behind his songs. Currently working on his career to helping others in the industry and one day partner with OVO Sound. He releases his debut album on February 7, 2019, Called Vision. Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The challenges along the road were actually to find people that are willing to participate but with time everything got better. Few members in our team and we try to push everyone to the top to make Dallas recognized because basically when we talk about Artists that came out stars and more, we usually see them mostly in California, Florida, New York, etc.. but no a lot from Dallas. So basically we are working towards that and our main goal is to bring people towards the light and be recognized.
Talking about J Bert as an Artist and CEO went through some tough time in the industry was actually signed to a record label for five years and wasn’t benefiting from anything so I had to come out and help others who are talented like me. It’s like being the DJ Khaled Produce and put people together but the only difference is that I also make music and ready to push also to the top.
Please tell us more about your work.
Bert Music Ent. is a record label helping you with you’re Arts, Music and Videos. We are the first tip to success. We specialize in all kinds of activities that a normal record label we do. Our agents/artists are known for working/filming and performing at the Afrimma Awards in 2018. We also organize performance around Dallas and more. I’m most proud of this company because I’ve got to help a lot of people throughout the way. Feeling blesses by connecting with people through music and more. My goal will be to make this a big thing for everyone.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory has a childhood is staying with Auntie because she’s the one that took me to England for the first time. She was a popular French singer and I’ve never though in all the times I was with her. I would grow up to make music like her in the future. I just never thought of that and we’ll that is a gift from God and I’m truly proud and happy. When we went to England first we a train that goes underwater from France to England.
It’s called the TGV which means Train a Grand Vitesse( Train with high speed ). Use to always here the airplane and see the buses were different from Paris. Red and people seating on the rooftops, that was amazing I just wanted to get on one but didn’t get the chance I guess cause we had a car. It was very nice there and when coming back we got on a huge boat where they would load the cars in the bottom. Truly amazing the restaurant there was so beautiful I could never forget until today.
