Vancouver, British Columbia Sep 16, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Kimia Ravangar (Mia Plays) was born on November 6th, 1992 in Tehran, Iran where she was also raised, She grew up with her two bigger siblings Khashayar Ravangar and Nazi Ravangar.
Kimia started writing and painting at age 4; Her parents realized her passion for the arts from a very young age so she was enrolled in music and art classes from age 6 she followed her passion towards music and Illustration up until this very day. her piano playing can be heard on numerous songs Exp. "Chi Shod" by AzShanbe, she has also designed the album cover for the band "Dangshow" and "Azshanbe".
After Ranking 2nd place in Iran's National University Entrance exam, she studied Industrial Design at the University of Tehran and received her bachelor's degree in 2016.
with her passion for design and video games, Kimia started working at an Iranian Game Developing Company Named Rahnama throughout her last years studying at the university. After graduating Kimia swayed more towards Freelance graphic design for a wide variety of companies such as CANDO and Papparoti.
In May 2017 Kimia started her Youtube channel "Miaplays", where she started uploading videos of herself playing video games and showing her lifestyle, and became the first gaming female YouTuber and cosplayer in Iran. Miaplays soon started gaining a wide audience and now has more than 50 million views on her channel. Other than gaming content, she also shares parts of her life with her viewers on a segment called "Day by Day" on her channel.
