Mica continued to advance her nursing education by completing the LPN/RN program at the same institution in 2006 and earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Wilmington University in 2018. This unique blend of business acumen and clinical expertise enables her to provide both compassionate care and thoughtful healthcare guidance. In 2020, she graduated from Purdue University Global with her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
